River House is at 30 East Allen Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on the Lehigh River within The Waterfront, a walkable riverfront district of homes, offices, and open space. The River Walk and the Delaware and Lehigh (D&L) Trail run along the water, just outside our front door.
River House offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in Allentown, with select den layouts. Homes have quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, in-home laundry, walk-in closets, keyless entry, and 9- to 12-foot ceilings, and many open to river or courtyard views.
